Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AETHOSIT LLC (www.aethosit.com), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and to being fair and transparent about refunds. This policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased through our website or via a signed agreement.

Because we provide custom, service-based work rather than physical products, please read this policy carefully before making a payment. By purchasing our Services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Our Services

We provide bespoke services including website design, development, marketing, and related digital work. Each project involves the dedicated time, expertise, and resources of our team from the moment work begins, and our refund terms reflect this.

2. Package Purchases

Service packages purchased on our website are charged as a single, one-time payment. A purchase reserves your place in our schedule and allocates our team to your project. Once we have begun work — including initial planning, discovery, or design — the fees for that work are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Before work begins: if you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any payment-processing fees already incurred.
• Service not delivered: if we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to us, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund for the undelivered portion of the work.

Refunds are not provided where: work has already been completed or delivered as agreed; the request is based on a change of mind after work has commenced; delays are caused by the Client (for example, failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals); the results fall within the agreed scope and revisions have been offered; or for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (hosting, domains, plugins, stock assets, licenses).

4. Milestone & Partial Payments

For custom projects billed in milestones or phases, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled midway, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any remaining prepaid balance for uncommenced work may be refunded, less applicable fees.

5. Revisions Before Refunds

We want you to be happy with our work. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we ask that you first allow us to address your concerns through the revision rounds included in your package or agreement. Refunds will not be issued where reasonable revisions have been offered but not used.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us in writing at support@aethosit.com with your name, project reference, date and amount of payment, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 7–10 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Non-refundable payment-processing fees may be deducted where permitted.

8. Cancellations

Either party may cancel an ongoing project in line with the applicable agreement. Upon cancellation, all work completed up to that date is payable, non-refundable deposits are not returned, and any files or deliverables are provided only after outstanding balances are settled.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a breach of our terms, and we reserve the right to dispute it with evidence of the services provided and the agreed terms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and apply to purchases made after the change.
